Our Aluminum foilstock is widely used in the production of light gauage foil, pharmaceutical foil, household foil and other heavy guage foil.

  • Temper : H14 / H16 / H24 / H26
  • Thickness : 0.28-0.3mm (+0.01 or -0.01mm)
  • Width : 1000mm-2020mm (+1mm or -1mm)
  • Core I.D : 405 / 505 / 508mm
  • Surface Quality : Good appearence with no-crack and well-distribute grain
  • Build Surface : Tight Slit edges free from cracks, layer to layer shift not more than 2mm
  • Profile : -0/ +1%
  • Flatness : Mill flatness coil having slight edge waviness rather tah centre buckness shall be acceptable.
  • Rolling Performance : Re-rollable to the final desired guage

  • Alloy : 1235 / 8011 / 8079

  • Thickness & Tolerance : 0.006mm-0.009mm (+6% or -6%)
  • Width & Tolerance : 200mm-1650mm (+1mm or -1mm)
  • Mechanical Properties : Tensil Strength (U.T.S) >=40Mpa, Elongation >=1%
  • Standard : GB / T3198 / ASTM-B209 / EN546

Household Foil (HHF)

  • Application : Household Package

  • Thickness & Tolerance : 0.009mm-0.04mm (+6% or -6%)
  • Width & Tolerance : 200mm-720mm
  • Mechanical Properties : Tensil Strength (U.T.S) >=50Mpa, Elongation >=1%
